Now are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team, and grow with us as:

1. PRODUCTION MANAGER (Code : PMGR)
Responsibilities :
Responsible for production achievement, manage and maintaining all resources in all production area including, mining and hauling. Responsible on dewatering, dumping, lighting, road and general work, and mine dispatch.

Ensuring the production preparation is being implemented in conformance to the determined plan and target, Ensuring the implementation of production operation complied with the most righteous, efficient and proper, Ensuring the Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) procedure are applied in the production operation, Ensuring the production targets are achieved, Ensuring an efficient management and utilization of Human Resources.
Qualification :
• Male
• Bachelor degree in relevant position i.e. Mining Engineering
• 8 - 10 years experience as a Production Section Head/Manager in open pit coal mining area
• Expatriate with suitable competency is welcomed
• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP / POM / POU License would be an advantage
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality
• Be able to communicate in English
• Excellent in Leadership and communication skill
• Will be based in all over SIS site project


2. ENGINEERING SECTION HEAD (Code : ENGSH)
Responsibilities :
Responsible for the provision of mine planning and engineering, ensuring the quality control administration on mining operational and give support toward production continuity and efficiency.

Ensuring planning elements are identified, having a time frame for work operation, and aligning target for production, Ensuring guidance toward subordinate, Ensuring improvement of production yield, and implementing troubleshooting for all problems found in the field, Ensuring safety, health and environment are implemented during engineering operational
Qualification :
• Male
• Bachelor degree in relevant position i.e. Mining Engineering, Geology
• 5 – 8 years experience as an Engineering Section Head or manager in open pit coal mining area
• A first class blasting certificate & POP License would be an advantage
• Certificated in Minescape or SURPAC
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality
• Excellent in Leadership and communication skill
• Be able to communicate in English
• Will be based in all over SIS site project


3. ENGINEERING GROUP LEADER (Code : ENGGL)
Responsibility :
• Mine Planning and Design (responsible to divide annual plan into 3 monthly/monthly/weekly/daily plan, monitoring of mine sequence pit, hauling road and disposal progress, making report),
• Project Control (responsible in ensuring Engineering Information System activity according to master plan, ensuring data collection and data analyzing related to production i.e. unit performance, distance, productivity etc),
• Mine Survey/Pit Control (Responsible in stake out mine design periodically, controlling of mine design (elevation, slope, distance), responsible in survey tool calibration

Qualification :
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geodesy, Industrial Engineering
• Min. 2 - 3 years experience as a Mine Planner, or a Mine Surveyor/Pit Controller or a Project Controller Group Leader/Jr. Manager/Supervisor in the area of mining industry
• Have a POP License would be an advantage
• Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Minescape and Xpac and Theodolit and GPS for Mine Survey will be an advantage
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate
• Will be based in all over SIS site project


4. Instructor (Mechanical Instructor & Heavy Equipment Instructor) (Code : PLIns & HEIns)
Qualification :
• Male Max. 35 years old
• 5 years experiences in heavy equipment instructor or chief mechanic especially in mining companies
• Having TOT Certificate
• Base in Kalimantan
• Ability to teach (in-class & field practical)


5. Mechanic (Code : Mech)
Qualification :
• Male Max. 35 years old
• 6 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Mechanic
• BMC License preferred
• Base in Kalimantan
• Able to work in a team
• Unit that will be handled : Komatsu HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, CAT 785 up,
• Liebherr R9250 up, Drill Tech DP 1100
