PT. ATLAS RESOURCES TBK started in 2007 with the aim of becoming a premier Indonesian coal producer through a strategy of rapid asset growth, with an initial focus on smaller-scale regional coal concessions (KPs). ENGINEERING MANAGER
• Bachelor degree in Mining with min. 10 years working experiences.
• Have POM Certification and extensive experiences in mine planning, mine designing and project evaluation.
• Strong leadership and good people management skills.
SHORT-TERM ENGINEER SECTION HEAD
• Bachelor degree in Mining with min. 5 years working experiences and one year in the same position.
• Have POM Certification and good ability in short term mine planning and design with MINESCAPE, MINEX & XPAC mining software will be an advantage.
• Good Analytical Thinking, hard working, high achiever and proactive.
MINE OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR
• Bachelor degree in Mining with min. 3 years working experiences.
• Have POP Certification and strong ability in Fleet Management and Production Operational Management.
• Strong leadership, hard working and proactive.
PIT / MINE GEOLOGIST
• Bachelor degree in Geology Engineering with min. 2 years working experiences in the same position.
• Have POP Certification and Good ability in geology evaluation, coal sampling and coal quality.
• Good analytical thinking, hard working, proactive and self starter.
PROJECT EXPLORATION MANAGER
• Bachelor degree in Geology Engineering with min. 10 year working experiences on coal project exploration.
• Have POM Certification and extensive experiences to manage exploration projects with JORC Standart.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
MODELLING & RESOURCES GEOLOGIST
• Bachelor degree in Geology Engineering with min. 2 years working experiences in the same position.
• Have POP Certification.
• Good ability in Geological Modelling with AUTOCAD, MINESCAPE (Stratmodel).
• Good analytical thinking, hard working, proactive and self starter.

CPP & QC SUPERVISOR
• Bachelor degree in Mining, Geology or Chemical with min. 3 years related working experiences.
• Have POP Certification and strong ability in crushing plant management, stockpile management, coal sampling and coal quality.
• Strong leadership, hard working and proactive.
