Mine Planning Engineer Requirements: • Male • Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering • 1 year experienced and Fresh graduated are welcome • Good knowledge, understand and able to make Pit optimisation and Design, Waste dump and Haul, Road Design, Short Term through to Life Of Mine Plans and Schedules, Rehabilitation planning, and monitoring • Good knowledge, understand and able to use computer programs such as; Ms. Office, Map info, Surpac & Autocad etc. • Must have good leadership skills • Good communication • Willing to be placed in West & South Kalimantan 2. Geologist Requirements: • Male • Bachelor Degree in Geological Engineering • Min. 1 years experience in exploration geology and fresh graduate are welcome • Able to make a progress repot of exploration • Understanding about Mineral and Bauxite • Must have leadership skills • Computer literate and Microsoft office expert • Able to use Autocad software • Available and willing to travel • Able to work under pressure and multitask • Willing to be placed in West & South Kalimantan 3. HSE (Health, Safety & Enviro) Superintendent Requirements: • Male • Min. 5 Year experience in mining company, experience in safety management supervision, safety management implementation, safety monitoring data,safety program facilitator, safety promotion & loss control, safety program coaching and safety audit & reporting etc. • Having good understanding about OHSAS • Understand the regulation of environmental laws and permits • Having knowledge in AMDAL, RKL & RPL • Having POP & POM • Must have good leadership skills • Computer literate and Microsoft office expert 4. Senior Geologist Requirements: • Male • Bachelor Degree in Geological Engineering • Min. 6 years experience in exploration geology • Able to make a progress repot of exploration • Understanding about Mineral and Bauxite • Must have leadership skills • Computer literate and Microsoft office expert • Able to use Autocad software • Available and willing to travel • Able to work under pressure and multitask • Willing to be placed in West & South Kalimantan 5. Mine Production Superintendent Requirements: • Male • Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering • Min. 6 years experience in Mine Planning or Mine Operation • Experienced in making the Planning / Operations (design, production, equipment) • Must have good leadership skills • Good communication • Willing to be placed in West Kalimantan 6. Logistic Supervisor Requirements: • Male, maximum age 35 years • Minimum bachelor degree • Minimum 5 years experiences in the same field • Experience in managing inventory and supply chain system • Experience in managing transportation system • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline • Must have strong leadership; Has significant experience in managing and leading people • Willing to work under pressure • Willing to be placed in West Kalimantan 7. GA SPV Requirements: • Male • Max. 40 years old • Min S1 degree any dicipline • Min 6 years experiences in GA • Understand and able to apply the functions of GA • Has leadership skills, team work players, energic & strong communication skill • Good initiative, Hard worker & able to work under pressure • Self-motivated and willingness to learn • Will be placed in Jakarta (Head Office) • Willing to travel to site 8. Civil Engineering Manager Responsibilities: • Male, 35 – 45 years • Minimum S1 Engineering (Civil) or equivalent • Plan, design, develop and maintain civil infrastructure in mining area • Manage projects within time and cost factors, coupled with a high level of project management • Develop designs using CAD design techniques and packages such as AutoCAD, MS Project, SAP etc. • Having a good knowledge of the construction of the mine processing plant • Having vision to develop organization, people and process excellence • Strong analytical and managerial skills • Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills • Willing to work under pressure • To be located in Jakarta 9. Senior Civil Project Engineering Responsibilities: • Male, 35 – 45 years • Minimum S1 Engineering (Civil) or equivalent • Manage projects within time and cost factors, coupled with a high level of project management • Having a good knowledge of the construction of the mine processing plant • Having vision to develop organization, people and process excellence • Strong analytical and managerial skills • Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills • Willing to work under pressure 10.
