1. MINE PLAN ENGINEER SPV – STAFF (MPE)
Requirements:
1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from mining engineer faculty
3. Minimum 2 (two) years experience in mining company
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing all mining activities
5. Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
6. Able to plan short term, middle term, and long term of mining process
7. Taking care of quality of mine product
8. Good understanding about HSE/ K3
9. Capable of operating mining software such as Surpac, Minescape, Minex, Microlynx, Autocad
10. Computer literate in using MS office & Internet

2. GRADE CONTROL SPT - SPV (GC) Requirements:
1. Male, age maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
3. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company for supervisor and 5 (five) years experience for superintendent
4. Responsible for the grade quality of the ore production
5. Responsible for the stockpiles
6. Do observation at the mine pit
7. Well understanding about HSE/ K3 procedure
8. Fluent in English both oral & written
9. Computer literate in using MS office & internet


3. GEOLOGIST SPT – SPV – JUNIOR (GEOST) Requirements:
1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of Geology
3. Minimum 2 (two) years experience for supervisor and 5 (five) years experience for superintendent, preferably in mineral exploration
4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for junior geologist position
5. Able to operate mining software: Surpac, Microlynx, and MapInfo
6. Able to make a progress report of exploration
7. Able to identify surface structure, rock base and, geological structure
8. Have POP certification will be advantage
9. Computer literate in using MS office (especially advance Excel) & internet


4. PLANT/ MAINTENANCE SPT – SPV (PLANT) Responsibilities:
1. Lead, manage, and facilitating of reliability centered maintenance and maintenance task analysis of asset based on their consequences by evaluating technical feasibility, economical worthiness and failure finding interval calculation
2. Manage and controlling of Used Oil Analysis conducted in engine, hydraulic system, transmission, differential and gear box as condition monitoring tools
3. Review existing and history of operation and repair and preauthorizing problems by downtime, frequency and cost, then develop on action plan(s) that has to be done to solve highest influencing factor(s) to trend down cost and MTTR and trend up PA, MTBF and MTTFS
4. Develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI): $/hr, PA, MTBF, MTTR, MTTFS, Planned/unplanned ratio, and its monitoring system
5. Develop and update maintenance procedure (including Preventive Maintenance, Condition Monitoring, Planned Component Replacement and breakdown) and also developing and updating maintenance standard (duration, man-hours and cost) to ensure that all maintenance work are done safely, effective and efficient
6. Lead a failure analysis team and publish failure analysis
7. Perform equipment physical condition and economical evaluation to recommend continue to maintain or replace the unit
8. Prepare yearly equipment budget. Monitor, report and present actual spending compare to budget
Requirements :
1. Male, age maximum 40 years old
2. Minimum S1 from mechanical, automotive or electrical engineering
3. Minimum 5 (five) years experience for superintendent and 3 (years) for supervisor in related field, preferably from mining company or heavy duty equipment company
4. Good knowledge of heavy duty equipment such as dump truck, excavator, bulldozer, ADT, compactor and grader from various type/model from various brand/manufacturer (Europe, Japanese, China)
5. Able to identify genuine spare parts or compatible parts for all type of heavy duty equipment
6. Computer literate in using MS Office & internet
7. Good knowledge about safety procedure


5. LOGISTIC MANAGER-SPT (LOG) Requirements:
1. Male, age maximum 45 years old
2. Minimum 5 (five) years experience for manager and 3 (three) years experience for superintendent in mining or heavy equipment industry in similar position
3. Degree from faculty of technical, logistic management, transportation, economic or related field with minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.00 scales
4. Fluent in English both oral & written; fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
5. Able to plan, organize and control logistics operations, including inbound/ outbound logistics, inventory management, control warehouse and delivery organization to ensure cost effectiveness and on time delivery
6. Has the ability to ensure optimum inventory level, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize product damage, loss, and waste
7. Computer literate in using MS office and Internet

6. LOADING MASTER (LM)/ ASSISTANT LOADING MASTER (ASS-LM) Requirement:
1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience for in shipping company or shipyards
3. Degree from Marine Academy
4. Posses minimum ANT III/ Deck Officer Class 3
5. Fluent in English both oral & written.
6. Good knowledge of HSE, ISM, STCW requirement and international rules and regulations
7. Experienced in loading activity/ transshipment from stockpile to tug boat/ barge up to end on mother vessel
8. Coordinate with chief officer at mother vessel about stowage plan
9. Monitoring loading point (anchorage)
10. Computer literate in using MS office & Internet


7. QUALITY CONTROL SPT - SPV (QC) Requirements:
1. Maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of chemistry
3. Minimum 2 (two) years experience from laboratory in mining company
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all laboratory activities
5. Familiar with ICP instrument and International standardization of Elements Determination especially in mining material (ISO, ASTM, JIS, GB)
6. Familiar with SOP, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, QC/QA procedures and work flow production process in mining company
7. Good knowledge in chemical process (solid catalyst, surfactants, interfacial tension) and instruments (GC-MS, XRD, XRF, ICP OES, ASS, UV-Visible Spectrophotometers, Leco, Eltra sulfur analyzer)
8. Fluent in English both oral & written
9. Computer literate in using MS office and Internet


8. ENVIRONMENTAL SUPERVISOR – STAFF (ENVIRO) Requirements:
1. Male, age max 35 years old for Supervisor and 28 years old for Staff
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of environmental engineering minimum 3 (three) years experience, preferably from mining company
3. Good knowledge in nursery and mining reclamation
4. Well understanding about safety/ K3 procedure
5. Good interpersonal and organizational skill
6. Computer literate in using MS Office & internet
7. Fluent in English both oral and written


9. PURCHASING MANAGER (HEAD OFFICE)-STAFF For SITE/ HEAD OFFICE (PURC) Responsibilities:
1. Male age minimum 45 years old for manager purchasing
2. Male, single with age maximum 30 years old for site purchasing staff; female, single with age maximum 27 years old for head office purchasing staff
3. D3/ S1 degree from faculty of finance, management, administration, mechanical or industrial Engineering
4. Minimum 5 (five) years experience for purchasing manager and 1 (one) year experience for site purchasing staff in mining or heavy equipment company
5. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply for head office purchasing staff
6. Well understanding about purchasing matters such as: purchase order, price comparison, and make a link/ connection to supplier for purchasing manager
7. Good skill in negotiating, persuading, and maintaining harmonious relationship
8. Fluent in English both written and oral; fluent in Mandarin will be advantage for site purchasing staff
9. Fluent in Mandarin and English both oral & written is a must for purchasing manager and head office purchasing staff
10. Computer literate in using MS office & internet
11. Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated, and honest
12. Willing to placed in Halmahera for site purchasing staff


10. MIDWIFE (MW) Responsibilities:
1. Female age 23 – 30 years old
2. Minimum D3 degree in nursing or equivalent.
3. Having minimum 2 years experience as a midwife
4. SIP and Ners certification is a must.
5. Able to operate Microsoft Office and internet
6. Willing to placed in Halmahera
